Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Meet the Sandy Springs Team Behind Mortons Air Duct Sandy Springs
We’re a small, local crew that’s been cleaning air ducts and dryer vents in Sandy Springs since 2005. You won’t get a rotating cast of subcontractors here. The same people who answer your questions on the phone are the ones who show up in uniform, lay down drop cloths, and walk you through the before-and-after photos before they leave. Paul Adeyemi built this team around a simple idea: do the job right, protect the house like it’s your own, and never make a homeowner guess what happens next.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Paul Adeyemi, Owner & Lead Technician
Paul founded Mortons Air Duct Sandy Springs in 2005 and still runs lead on most jobs. He’s the person who answers the phone when you call after hours, and he’s the one who writes your price before any work starts. Paul has spent nearly two decades working with Rotobrush and Nikro equipment, and he’s the kind of technician who notices when a return vent in a Dunwoody ranch house is pulling more dust than it should. He once found enough pet hair in a duct system to fill a small trash bag in a home with four dogs and a cat, and somehow the owners were surprised. Paul’s dry humor is part of the deal, but so is his insistence that every job ends with a photo of the clean-up and a walkthrough you actually understand.
Marcus T., Senior Dryer Vent Technician
Marcus is our dryer vent specialist, and he’s been with the team for over a decade. He handles the full route of dryer vent cleaning across Sandy Springs, from the condos off Roswell Road to the older colonials in Mount Vernon. Marcus is meticulous about vent terminations, and he carries a set of brushes and rods that work with a standard Rotobrush setup to clear lint from runs that haven’t been touched in years. He’s also the one who will tell you, plainly, when a vent cap needs replacing rather than just patching around it. Marcus has two kids and he treats nap-hour jobs with the same quiet focus he’d want in his own house. You might not hear him coming, but you’ll notice the difference when your dryer actually dries a load in one cycle again.
Danielle R., Service Coordinator
Danielle is the voice on the phone during the day, and she’s the one who keeps the schedule from falling apart when Atlanta traffic does its worst. She grew up in Marietta and knows the Sandy Springs neighborhoods well enough to give you an honest arrival window rather than a vague “sometime this afternoon.” Danielle handles the written estimates, the confirmation calls, and the follow-up photos that land in your inbox after every job. She’s also the person who reminds every technician to grab the drop cloths and shoe covers before they leave the shop floor. If you call with a question about your dryer vent or a quote you received, Danielle is probably the one who picks up first.
Kevin B., Apprentice Technician
Kevin is the newest member of the crew, and he came on board after working residential maintenance in Roswell. He’s training under Paul on the Rotobrush and Nikro systems, and he’s already certified on the basics of air duct cleaning and dryer vent service. Kevin is the one who handles the job-site prep, which means he lays down the drop cloths, sets up shoe covers at the door, and checks every room before the crew starts pulling hoses through the house. He’s a quick study with a good eye for the details that matter, like making sure a return register is sealed properly before the vacuum kicks on. When Kevin isn’t on the truck, he’s usually fishing on the Chattahoochee or arguing about Atlanta United. He’s the kind of person who cleans up after himself without being asked, and that matters on every single job.
One Standard, Every Job
Every technician on this team works to the Cedarwell Care Promise, and that’s not a slogan we hang on the wall and ignore. Shoe covers go on before we cross the threshold. Drop cloths protect floors and furniture from the moment the equipment comes inside. We use quiet tools when there are kids napping or pets watching from the other room, and we choose pet-safe products where they’re available. The 365-Day Done Right Promise is real, and it’s stamped on every job, not handed out when someone complains. Before the crew leaves, you get a photo of the clean-up so you don’t have to wonder what happened behind the access panel. That standard doesn’t change whether Paul is on the job or Marcus is running a dryer vent route solo. It’s the same crew, the same equipment from Rotobrush, Honeywell, Aprilaire, Abatement Technologies, and Guardsman, and the same written price before any work starts. If the job isn’t right, we make it right. Full stop. Call (229) 495-2691 and you’ll get a live person, not a voicemail, not a chatbot.
