Sanitizing & deodorizingWhole-system duct and dryer vent check with before-and-after photos - you see exactly what came out of your vents
That "$99 whole-house special" is a bait ad - the real number appears once they are in your hallway, or the "clean" is a shop-vac at the register. We photograph the inside of your ducts before and after instead.
Air Duct Cleaning Before & After in Sandy Springs, GA
In Sandy Springs, the work inside your ductwork is invisible by nature. You can’t see a coating of dust on the inside of a return, but you can see it on your registers, your ceiling, your furniture. That’s why we document every job. Before we start, we photograph the inside of the ducts. When we finish, we photograph the same spot again. You see the difference with your own eyes before we even roll up the hoses. And before the crew leaves, we hand you a photo of the clean-up, so you know the floors and furniture look better than they did when we arrived.

Return Duct Deep Clean in a Four-Bedroom Home Near Dunwoody
Before
AfterThe homeowners had lived in the house for six years and run the HVAC year-round, but had never had the ducts opened. The return looked like a wool blanket had been stretched inside it. We ran a Rotobrush negative-air setup through the full system, including the main return and both trunks. After we finished, you could see bare galvanized metal where there had been five to eight years of packed household dust. The homeowner said the first night was the first time she hadn’t heard a faint whistle from the return grille.
Post-Renovation Drywall Dust Removal in a Riverside Drive Condo
Before
AfterThis Riverside Drive condo had a bathroom renovated down to the studs, and the contractor ran the HVAC while sanding. Every supply register on that floor was blowing a fine white powder onto the furniture. We sealed off the affected branches, used an Abatement Technologies HEPA unit to capture the dust without pushing it into other rooms, and cleaned the entire supply side back to the plenum. The result was a clear duct and a living room that no longer needed dusting every two days. Drop cloths stayed down the whole time because the condo was fully furnished.
Pet Hair and Dander Build-Up in a Two-Dog Home Near Morgan Falls
Before
AfterA house with two Labs and wall-to-wall carpet near Morgan Falls had supply boots that looked like the inside of a groomer’s vacuum. Hair had mixed with dust and started to clump around the register dampers. We used a Nikro agitation tool to break the hair loose, then pulled everything back to the truck-mounted collector. Pet-safe cleaning products were used on the register faces and boots. The homeowners reported that the dog smell in the hallway, which they’d assumed was just part of having dogs, disappeared within two days.
Dryer Vent Clearance After a Lint Warning on a Spalding Drive Split-Level

The dryer in this Spalding Drive split-level had started taking two cycles to dry a load of towels. When we pulled the vent cap, we found a plug of compacted lint that had trapped a sock and a dryer sheet. We ran a rotary brush through the full run from the laundry room to the exterior, then vacuumed out the loose material. The dryer finished a full load in one cycle the next day. If a plug like that sits too long, the dryer runs hotter than it should, so this one we were glad to see early.
Vacant Home Pre-Move-In Clean Near the Chattahoochee River

The buyers of this house near the Chattahoochee had just closed and asked for a full duct cleaning before they moved a single box in. The previous owners had done a partial renovation and left the HVAC running the whole time. The plenum had dust, paint flakes, and small bits of drywall tape. We cleaned the entire supply and return system, replaced the filter, and left the house with photo proof that the ducts were clear before the moving truck pulled up. Empty houses are the easiest ones to clean well, and this one got the full treatment.
